The Daniel Sandler Anti-Redness Primer - £24.50

"A colour-correcting foundation primer which reduces the appearance of redness, calms skin and enhances your natural glow for an even-toned, dewy complexion."

I love a good colour corrector, and I love a good primer, so getting 2 products in one is an absolute winner for me.

The main thing I love about this product is the formula. I tend to get blotchy redness across my cheeks, and when I do, no foundation will cover it. I've tried several colour correcting products, but they all tend to be a thicker, concealer-ish texture and, or a lighter, coverage product built into a moisturiser. Neither of these work for me. The Daniel Sandler product is a very blendable and foundation like formula. A little goes a long way, and as you work it into the skin the colour disperses evenly, leaving a gorgeous glowing finish, perfect for applying foundation over or to wear on it's own on a make-up free day.

This product is definitely suited to someone experiencing all-over redness. For spot correcting, or areas around the nose, a thicker formula concealer is going to be more suited to the job.

Because the product blends out so nicely, it would be suitable for use on the body too. It sets really nicely into the skin, and when I tested transferability on a tissue, it takes a bit of force to remove and doesn't leave a green layer on fabric.

Price wise, this product is a little bit more of an investment compared to some of the concealers available, however, because of the formula you only need to use a very small amount, meaning this bit bottle will last for ages. What's even better is that you can actually buy a sample size of this product for the tiny price of £2.75, meaning you can try it out before investing. A lot of the iconic water colour blushes are also available in sample sizes, so you could get some incredible products and see how you get on for less than £10!
