Morphe had a massive sale on in store last week, and as much as I\"m trying to muster some self restraint, this beautiful lip kit was on sale for £5. The Tourmaline Soul Lip Kit usually retails at £12, which to be fair seems reasonable, but for £5 - could not resist.
The kit contains a gloss and lip pencil. The pencil is a beautiful browny plum shade, while the gloss is more to a neautral pink, but with a blue undertone, meaning the 2 can blend seamlessly.
I have swatched both products next to each other, then layered them, so you can see the full effect.
As you can see, the 2 products are stunning on their own. The liner blends well, and can be used on it\"s own, and the gloss is a very beautiful and wearable colour, which is a great consistency and not at all tacky or sticky. Blended together, they make a vampy shade that is very wearable, and great for this time of year. This combo is also ideal for that 90s lip look - the 2 products blend well and can create that ombre lip effect.
One of the main reasons I picked up this kit was the price, but I\"m honestly so impressed. It\"s a great duo to have at this time of year, and whether for personal use or part of a pro kit, this will come in really handy!
